Natec Medical and its partners (Abiolabs, Umbrella C and Xtruline) wrapped up 2019 in style with their end of year corporate event on 13th December at Ravenala Attitude Hotel. It was truly an incredible night to remember and for many, an experience that will be cherished for a lifetime!

The theme, ‘Boho Chic’ set the tone for an exceptional evening.

For the end of the year party, employees pulled out all the stops to don their finest “Boho Chic” attire. The elegant and picture-perfect theme echoed in the rest of the event’s decor and offerings.

The entire evening was made of #Moments

Moments of happiness, moments of celebration, moments of bonding and friendship.

Vincent Lagarde, outgoing CEO Natec Medical, seized the opportunity to thank employees from all clusters for their hard work and commitment. With the start of a new decade and a new era under way, Vincent celebrated what everyone accomplished over the course of the last year.

Natec’s management style focuses on celebrating people who make a difference in the workplace. Acts of daring and audacity come in big and little forms but recognizing them is everything.  Natec realizes that everyone has an instrumental role to play. The growth and success of the organisation would not have been attainable if it wasn’t for the passion and commitment shared by its employees.

Uncovering Hidden Talents

At Natec we realize that our people have other aspects to their talent than those used at the office. And they made our end of year event even more magical and entertaining.

A special thanks to our in-house singer as well as our cost analyst, Ibrahim with his impressive interpretation of the hit song ‘Lady Melody’ by Tom Frager. His performance was highly anticipated by all the Natec Ladies!

Hats off to Zakiyyah, our R&D engineer, who stepped up to the occasion as she put up a brave and praiseworthy rendition of Amy Winehouse’s ‘Valerie’.

As the night unfolded we were treated to a dazzling fashion show from Natec’s Generation Z crew. Rhema, Karishma S, Ashna, Sanju, Adarsh & Keshav. They made sure to bring plenty of swag to the soirée!

…and of course, the night wouldn’t be complete without the cherry on top. An unforgettable performance showcasing traditional Mauritian Sega with a rendition of ‘Alime Dife’. Performed by Mireille, Brinda, Malini, Prema, Harry Presley & Ibrahim.

Ending the year on a high and positive note

2019 was a marvelous year for everyone at Natec. We ended it on a high and positive note and when our core WISE values and actions are in alignment, a thriving and prosperous culture emerges. We look forward to making 2020 even better!

Natec’s end of year event was a resounding success and everyone left with smiles on their faces!
