Annsha Puddoo-Taukoordass has a Bachelor of Art with a specialization in industrial psychology from the University of Mumbai (INDIA), 1999 and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Birmingham (UK), 2006.
Annsha has spent 15+years in various listed conglomerates in Mauritius in sectors like aviation, ground handling, financial and hospitality with headcount between 1,500 to 4,000 employees. She has held senior management responsibilities in those organisations. Annsha has been a Lead Consultant with Hay Group South Africa (now Korn Ferry) specializing in
Leadership & Talent for the sub-Saharan region.
Annsha’s expertise has allowed her to create work environments that are performance-driven by putting in place performance management systems that promoted both results and behaviours in line with the core values; job levelling & broad banding to create a structured and equitable pay & benefits structure; skills assessment to identify skills gaps and long terms
resourcing needs; introducing variable rewards to drive business growth and designing blended management and leadership development journeys to manage the talent pipelines.
Annsha is an affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, UK and an executive member of the Human Resources Committee of Mauritius. She has served on the executive committee of the Mauritius Institute of Management and was a member of the Employment Relations Tribunal of Mauritius. Annsha has been a part-time lecturer with
the University of Mauritius in the field of Organisation Management.
