WISE Performance Dialogue Process

Conventionally a lot of organisations are accustomed to the typical annual appraisal process, at Natec we believe in a more proactive approach; replacing annual reviews with an ongoing performance dialogue. It’s always important to check up and review personal and professional targets throughout the year. We encourage this initiative as this helps prevent unpleasant surprises, addresses uncertainty early, and provides opportunities for continuous improvement.

In today’s fast paced world of business, it’s more important than ever to maintain a meaningful, two-way dialogue with employees, not only for the sake of employee retainment, but to also continuously identify areas of self-development & growth.
